Our experience with Certified Pools was excellent. We chose Certified Pools because Don listened to our “wants” and because Don helped us tremendously with a prior pool problem.

Our pool was a swamp, complete with frogs! Our pool project presented many challenges. We needed it resurfaced, remodeled, (new tile – add a waterfall) and equipment repaired (oh yes also a leak in there somewhere). Don addressed each challenge with professionalism, good common sense and a positive attitude. He was persistent and thorough. He kept in constant communication with us, explaining every step and or option. He paid attention to our ideas for the remodel, but also had new exciting ideas to augment our plan. Everything turned out wonderfully.
